Dr. D. Lawrence Fadjo
Dr. D. Lawrence Fadjo is a 1975 graduate of University of Maryland School of Dentistry. He is a senior partner at Chelmsford Dental Associates and has been practicing for over 30 years at CDA. He has worked as a volunteer dentist for the Massachusetts Dental Society in many continuing education programs including the Yankee Dental Congress for which he was General Chairman in 1988. He is a fellow in the American College of Dentists. He enjoys skiing, golf, working in his yard and walking. He lives in Westford with his wife, Yazmin. They have six daughters and four sons.


 		  
Dr. John P. Pietrasik
Dr. John P. Pietrasik is a 1980 Cum Laude graduate of Georgetown University School of Dentistry. He is a senior partner at CDA and has been practicing here for over 26 years. Dr. Pietrasik is a member of the Massachusetts Dental Society and volunteers his time to help organize continuing education programs. He has chaired several committees for the Yankee Dental Congress and served as General Chair in 2003.


 		  
Dr. Ashim Kapur
Dr. Ashim Kapur is a senior partner at CDA and has been practicing here since 1997. He has his Dental degree from Case Western Reserve University and a General Practice Residency Certificate from St. Luke's Hospital. He is actively pursuing a fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association and Massachusetts Dental Society. He enjoys sports and reading. He currently lives in Westford with his wife, son and 2 daughters.


 		  

Dr. Katherine Tyros
Dr. Katherine R. Tyros is an honor graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. She attended Boston University undergraduate school and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Physiology. She received awards from the American Academy of Geriatrics and the Allan B. Reiskin Award for Outstanding Achievement in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. She currently lives in Tyngsboro, MA with her husband, son and daughter.


 		  

Dr. Randal S. Parradee
Dr. Randal S. Parradee received his DMD degree from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. While at Tufts he was awarded the Thomas B. Hunt JD Endowment Scholarship for academic excellence.  He was also recognized on the Dean's list for high performance on both parts I and II of the National Dental Board Examination.  Dr. Parradee is a member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society and the Delta Sigma Delta National Dental Fraternity.  He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.Dr. Parradee enjoys spending time with his family, running, cycling, skiing, and hiking among other outdoor activities.  He resides in Westford, MA.

 		  
Dr. Ronald M. Chaput
Dr. Ronald M. Chaput has been practicing at CDA for over thirty years. He has been recognized for his professional skills by being awarded Honorary Fellowships in the American College of Dentists, The International College of Dentists and the National Dental Honor Society, Omicron Kappa Epsilon. Dr. Chaput has served as President of the Massachusetts Dental Society. He lives in Carlisle, MA, where he enjoys gourmet cooking and gardening as well as skiing and golf.
